Due to the personal nature of Noraya products, and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, no returns or exchanges are accepted after the purchase is completed.

 

Exceptions:

 

• Manufacturing defect in the product

• Product arrived damaged or different from what was ordered

• Product does not match the advertised specifications

 

Conditions for acceptance:

 

• Report within 48 hours of receiving the order

• Product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened
